Subscription Plans

AIKickstart101 offers a Free plan and a Premium subscription. Plan details and pricing are shown on our Pricing page.

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals.

Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed in accordance with applicable law. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access until payment is resolved.

Trial Periods

If we offer a free or discounted trial, you may be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription.

Pricing Changes

We may change pricing. We will provide notice of material price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers where practicable.
